Business Teacher (British Curriculum) – September Start

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Teacher of Business to join GEMS FirstPoint School in Dubai from September 2026. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality Business lessons following the British curriculum and will have the opportunity to progress into middle‑leadership roles such as Head of Year or Head of Careers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess Business lessons that engage a diverse student body.
• Align teaching content with the British curriculum and international qualifications (GCSE, A‑Level, BTEC).
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and produce regular assessments.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and innovation.
• Integrate educational technology to enhance learning outcomes.
• Contribute to co‑curricular and extra‑curricular programmes supporting whole‑school initiatives.
• Participate in continuous professional development and performance management activities.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification and experience in Business education.
• Strong subject knowledge of Business studies and ability to adapt lessons for varied learning needs.
• Commitment to the school’s inclusive, values‑driven ethos.
• Willingness to engage in professional development and potential leadership pathways.
