About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to train its newest language model on professional business tasks. As a Business Transformation Consultant you will evaluate and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for high‑impact client and internal projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and improve AI‑generated strategy decks and executive steering committee materials.
• Develop market entry and competitive positioning analyses.
• Lead operating model redesign workshops and deliverables.
• Build sensitivity‑tested business case models in Excel.
• Synthesize stakeholder interviews for engagement diagnostics.
• Design implementation roadmaps and change‑management playbooks.

Required profile

• 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy.
• Direct ownership of client‑ready strategy decks and executive materials.
• Fluency with structured problem‑solving frameworks and operating model redesign.
• Expertise in building sensitivity‑tested business case models.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
