Business Unit Manager – Dell Portfolio

About the role

The Business Unit Manager will lead Logicom’s Dell Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) and Client Solutions Group (CSG) portfolios across Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain, driving revenue growth and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility for Dell ISG and CSG portfolios in the Gulf region.
• Develop and execute market‑share expansion strategies for Dell products and solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with Dell regional teams, channel partners and key customers.
• Oversee accounts receivable, forecasting, pipeline reviews and business performance reporting.
• Lead, mentor and grow a high‑performing Dell‑focused sales team.

Required profile

• 12+ years in ICT sales, business development and channel management, with at least 4 years focused on Gulf markets.
• Minimum 4 years in a managerial role leading multicultural sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Dell ISG solutions: servers, storage, networking and hyper‑converged infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Dell CSG offerings: laptops, desktops, monitors and peripherals.
• Strong P&L management, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, analytics tools and sales platforms.
