About the role
Provide personalized service and attention to fulfilling all guest needs at St. Regis Dubai. The Butler Valet greets guests, prepares VIP rooms, coordinates with the front desk and other departments, and ensures every detail meets guest expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver coffee, tea, and other requests promptly, and prepare arrival notes to communicate guest preferences across the hotel.
- Coordinate with front desk to prepare and escort VIP guests to their rooms, ensuring room keys and amenities are ready.
- Manage pre‑arrival communications, including sending emails and completing Butler flags in internal systems.
- Handle laundry requests, follow up on delivery, and return items to guests efficiently.
- Assist guests with disabilities and ensure accessibility needs are met.
- Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions and adhere to all company policies and uniform standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
