Buyer – Commercial Team (Home Category)

About the role

We are looking for a Buyer to join the Commercial team in the Home category at noon in Dubai. The role will manage sourcing, procurement and supplier relationships to ensure cost‑effective, high‑quality product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Purchase goods, materials, components or services meeting cost, quality and delivery targets.
• Act as the main interface between suppliers and internal departments, supporting new projects and activities.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
• Provide cost analysis, drive cost‑reduction initiatives and negotiate contracts to achieve savings.
• Manage the full purchase order process, ensuring optimal inventory levels and timely stock in‑warding.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with warehouse, content and merchandising teams to maximize product visibility.
• Conduct market visits to research products, study trends and expand the supplier base.
• Ensure timely reconciliations for smooth payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong business sense and analytical abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet targets.
• Commercial and financial awareness, understanding impact on order fulfilment and profitability.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
