Cabin Cleaning Supervisor

About the role

The Cabin Cleaning Supervisor leads Team Leaders and cleaning crews to ensure aircraft cabins meet high appearance standards, safety compliance, and on‑time turnaround performance across all shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Team Leaders and cleaning teams, managing manpower, equipment, and consumables to meet operational targets.
• Monitor cleaning quality, productivity and KPIs, taking corrective actions and leading service recovery when disruptions occur.
• Conduct quality reviews, investigate recurring issues and implement corrective measures.
• Coordinate with airline representatives and internal stakeholders on priorities and service delivery.
• Prepare shift reports covering performance, resource utilization, incidents and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft cabin cleaning or airport operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced, time‑critical environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of cabin cleaning protocols, safety, hygiene and waste management standards.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
