Cabin Cleaning Supervisor

About the role

Velora is looking for a Cabin Cleaning Supervisor in Abu Dhabi to oversee the cleanliness and presentation of aircraft cabins across assigned shifts. The supervisor leads Team Leaders and cabin cleaning teams, ensures high-quality cabin standards, efficient resource use, on-time turnarounds, safety compliance and good coordination with airline representatives and operational stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Team Leaders and cabin cleaning teams to ensure efficient shift operations and service delivery.
• Allocate manpower, equipment and consumables to meet turnaround targets.
• Monitor cleaning quality, productivity and performance KPIs, and take corrective action when needed.
• Lead disruption management, service recovery and resolution of operational issues.
• Conduct quality reviews, investigate recurring service failures and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with airline representatives and internal stakeholders on priorities and timelines.
• Prepare shift reports covering performance, resource use, incidents and service outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, hygiene, chemical handling and waste management standards.
• Coach and support Team Leaders to improve team performance.

Required profile

• Secondary education or equivalent; qualifications in aviation, hospitality, facilities management or operations are highly advantageous.
• At least 5 years of experience in aircraft cabin cleaning, airport operations or a similar operational environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a shift-based operation.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends and public holidays.
