Cabin Crew – Fly Better Experience

About the role

Emirates Cabin Crew are responsible for delivering the Fly Better onboard experience to passengers across our global network. As a member of our Cabin Crew team, you will be the onboard representative of our brand, delivering our signature award‑winning service while maintaining world‑class safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout each flight.
• Manage onboard service and maintain cabin cleanliness.
• Respond promptly to passenger requests and work collaboratively with fellow crew members.
• Uphold the highest service standards in line with the Emirates Fly Better promise.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Natural team player with a personality that shines.
• At least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm.
• Meet UAE employment visa requirements.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• At least 1 year of hospitality or customer‑service experience.
• Minimum high‑school (Grade 12) education.
• No visible tattoos while in uniform.
