Cabin Crew – Fly with a Leading Airline

About the role

Join Etihad Airways as a Cabin Crew member and represent the airline in the sky. You will create memorable guest experiences, ensure safety on board, and develop a clear career path toward senior positions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to passengers throughout the flight.
• Maintain safety standards and respond to emergencies according to airline procedures.
• Collaborate with the flight team to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold Etihad’s brand image and appearance standards while in uniform.
• Participate in training and development programs to progress to Cabin Senior and beyond.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Height of at least 163 cm.
• High school diploma (Grade 12 or equivalent).
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the uniform.
• Ambitious, passionate about travel and customer service.

Required skills

• Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
