About the role

Emirates is looking for personable, adaptable individuals who can make passengers feel at ease while ensuring the highest safety standards on board. As the face of the airline, you will guide travelers, provide exceptional service, and act decisively during safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead safety briefings, manage emergency equipment and respond confidently to any security or safety incidents.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the flight, assisting passengers with their needs and ensuring a comfortable journey.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in hospitality or customer‑service roles.
• High‑school graduation (Grade 12) and fluency in written and spoken English.
• Minimum height of 160 cm and ability to reach 212 cm on tip‑toes to access emergency equipment.
• No visible tattoos while in uniform and ability to meet UAE employment‑visa requirements.
