About the role

Etihad is expanding its fleet and looking for passionate cabin crew to deliver extraordinary guest experiences while ensuring safety. As a member of the cabin crew you will represent Etihad in the sky and have clear career pathways toward Cabin Senior.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Etihad in the sky and deliver extraordinary guest experiences.
• Ensure the safety of passengers and crew by following all procedures and regulations.
• Serve beverages, including alcohol, in accordance with UAE and GCAA requirements.
• Work on a roster basis, including irregular hours and layovers.

Required profile

• Minimum age 21 and height at least 163 cm.
• High school graduate (grade 12 or equivalent) with fluent written and spoken English.
• Positive, confident, flexible attitude and ability to adapt to fast‑paced, multicultural environments.
• High standard of personal grooming, no visible tattoos or piercings (one earring per lobe permitted for females).
• No criminal record, ability to travel without restrictions, and ability to swim with a flotation device.
