About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive customer service and assistance throughout the flight.
• Lead safety procedures, manage aircraft services, and respond to security situations.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and ensure compliance with airline standards.
• Assist passengers of diverse cultural backgrounds with empathy and professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of hospitality or customer‑service experience.
• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Height of at least 160 cm and ability to reach 212 cm on tiptoes.
• No visible tattoos while in uniform.
• Willingness to meet UAE employment visa requirements.
• Positive attitude, solution‑oriented mindset, and ability to work demanding schedules.

Required skills

What we offer

• Fixed basic salary of AED 4,980 per month.
• Hourly flying pay of AED 69.60 (average 80‑100 hours/month).
• Average total compensation around AED 11,244 per month.
• Overnight meal allowance credited monthly.
• Company‑provided hotel accommodation and airport transport.
