Cabin Crew – UAE Assessment Centre

About the role

Flydubai is looking for enthusiastic cabin crew members to join its UAE Assessment Centre. As a cabin crew member you will be the brand ambassador for the airline and the city of Dubai, ensuring a safe and exceptional inflight experience for all passengers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service throughout the flight.
• Maintain safety standards and respond calmly to emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with flydubai grooming and uniform policies.
• Assist passengers with safety equipment and procedures.
• Work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays and overnight shifts.

Required profile

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Height at least 158 cm.
• Well‑groomed appearance with no visible tattoos in uniform.
• Valid passport and ability to pass an aero‑medical examination.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
• Comfortable in water while wearing a flotation aid.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
