Key responsibilities

• Complete the GCAA‑approved training syllabus and meet programme requirements.
• Maintain a minimum 75 % pass rate for all module exams within the stipulated time.
• Comply with performance standards set by GCAA, the training institute and Etihad.
• Undertake on‑the‑job training after theory qualification and log all tasks in the Schedule of Work.
• Attend and pass mandatory training and technical competency assessments.
• Perform all work safely, in line with Etihad procedures and GCAA regulations.

Required profile

• UAE national with a valid family book, aged 18‑29.
• High school certificate (or equivalent) with Maths/Physics/Science and at least 60 % overall.
• Strong command of English.
• Completed (or exempted from) UAE National Service for males.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, and to work outdoors.

Required skills

• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with GCAA regulations and certification processes.
