About the role
We are a small, community‑focused café in Jumeirah 1, Dubai, looking to expand our team of talented food‑and‑beverage professionals. The Lime Tree Cafe & Kitchen seeks enthusiastic individuals with café experience to join us as supervisors, ensuring high‑quality service and product standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Recognised skilled barista with extensive café background.
- Familiarity with allergens, specialised diets and HACCP standards.
- Exemplary customer service, communication and upselling abilities.
- Good food knowledge and familiarity with HACCP.
- Valid PIC (Food Safety Certificate) preferred but not essential.
- Team player with strong attention to detail, planning and organising skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Competency in using computers and hospitality‑based software.
- Knowledge of HACCP food safety procedures.
