Cafe Supervisor – Dubai

About the role

We are a small, community‑focused café in Jumeirah 1, Dubai, looking to expand our team of talented food‑and‑beverage professionals. The Lime Tree Cafe & Kitchen seeks enthusiastic individuals with café experience to join us as supervisors, ensuring high‑quality service and product standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Recognised skilled barista with extensive café background.
• Familiarity with allergens, specialised diets and HACCP standards.
• Exemplary customer service, communication and upselling abilities.
• Good food knowledge and familiarity with HACCP.
• Valid PIC (Food Safety Certificate) preferred but not essential.
• Team player with strong attention to detail, planning and organising skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Competency in using computers and hospitality‑based software.
• Knowledge of HACCP food safety procedures.
