Cake Decorator

About the role

We are looking for a creative Cake Decorator to bring fun, festive and memorable experiences to our customers. The role covers the full cake decorating process from receiving orders to delivering the finished product on time.

Key responsibilities

• Decorate cakes and pastries to customer specifications using icing bags, handmade cones, air‑brush guns and other tools.
• Assemble and prepare soft‑serve and ready‑to‑decorate cakes, applying icings, gels, edible images and lettering.
• Maintain inventory of decorated cakes, ensure display freezers are stocked and organized.
• Operate and clean Cold Stone equipment safely while following health‑and‑safety standards.
• Promote products through sampling and assist customers with selections.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce uniform, intricate designs.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and good color vision for mixing icings.
• Team‑oriented mindset with commitment to cleanliness and quality standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with icing bags and handmade paper cones.
• Experience operating air‑brush guns, modeling tools and mixers.
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain display freezers.
