Call Center Agent – Customer Service (Dubai/Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are expanding our in‑house call centre for Furless Permanent, a leading permanent hair‑removal provider. As a Call Center Agent you will be the first point of contact for customers in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, handling enquiries, bookings and service requests across phone, email and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, bookings and service requests.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
• Provide accurate information on services, promotions and appointment availability.
• Schedule, confirm and optimise client appointments to maximise branch capacity.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns or complaints.
• Record all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with operational team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieve performance targets such as conversion rates, retention and service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Previous call‑center experience preferred; medical‑industry exposure is a plus.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
• Familiarity with call‑center software (e.g., Ziwo).
