About the role
Join SKIN111, an award‑winning luxury aesthetic and wellness clinic with over 10 years of excellence. The clinic is expanding its elite team and seeks a Call Center Agent to engage patients and support its top‑ranked services in the GCC.
Key responsibilities
- Contact patients to schedule appointments and promote clinic services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales and promotions.
- Strong understanding of aesthetics and the medical business.
- Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are advantageous.
What we offer
- Salary up to AED 7,000 per month plus attractive bonus.
