Call Center Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Call Center Representative to manage online lead inquiries and schedule daily appointments for our automotive business. The role requires fluent Arabic and strong English communication to ensure professional and timely customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Log online leads and arrange appointments in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and handle basic customer queries.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
• Update calendars, schedule meetings and maintain appointment records.
• Resolve customer complaints, propose solutions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain records of interactions, process accounts and file documents.
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines and company policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage and retain customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in the automotive industry.
• Fluent Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong multitasking, time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
• Professional attitude, appearance and customer‑service mindset.
• High school diploma; Office Management certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferred).

What we offer

• Base salary of AED 3,000 per month.
• Competitive commission structure with on‑target earnings up to AED 7,000 per month.
