Call Center Specialist - Solar Energy

About the role

A full-time hybrid Call Center Specialist position in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with some work-from-home flexibility. The specialist handles inbound and outbound calls, answers customer inquiries and provides information about solar energy products and services. Performance targets must be met.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and resolve customer issues
• Respond to customer inquiries and give accurate information about solar energy products and services
• Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines while maintaining high service quality standards
• Document interactions in contact center systems and escalate complex cases to the right teams
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and customer satisfaction
• Manage time effectively and contribute to a professional, inclusive workplace

Required profile

• Strong customer support and service skills, with empathy and problem-solving
• Clear, professional communication in English, including active listening; other languages are an advantage
• Previous customer-facing experience, preferably in energy, utilities or technology, is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service or contact center operations are a plus
• Ability to work reliably and independently in a hybrid setup

• Contact center experience, including call handling procedures, CRM tools and performance metrics
• Computer literacy: web-based applications, data entry and basic software troubleshooting
