About the role
A fully remote position for an Arabic-speaking Customer Support Specialist serving Arabic-speaking customers. The role covers answering questions and resolving issues by phone, chat or email, with translation between customers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customers in Arabic and English via phone, chat or email
- Resolve issues accurately and professionally
- Translate and relay information between customers and internal teams
- Keep detailed, accurate records of interactions
- Support a consistently high-quality customer experience
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written
- Customer support experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with CRM and support software
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
