Camp Boss / Accommodation Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Camp Boss / Accommodation Supervisor to manage the day‑to‑day operations of labor accommodation facilities across the United Arab Emirates. The role is hands‑on and field‑based, requiring strong operational oversight and the ability to ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and employee welfare.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and overall upkeep of assigned labor accommodation facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety and compliance with company and UAE standards.
• Manage employee check‑ins, room allocation, occupancy records, inventory and accommodation documentation.
• Maintain discipline within the facilities and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
• Identify and coordinate resolution of electrical, plumbing, civil and other maintenance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor accommodation standards and prepare for authority inspections.
• Address employee accommodation concerns and grievances promptly and fairly.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures, including medical assistance, hospital transfers and evacuation readiness.
• Supervise and coordinate accommodation, security and cleaning teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Liaise with HR and site management regarding employee arrivals, departures, transportation and accommodation needs.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic reports on occupancy, maintenance, discipline, inventory and employee welfare.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Camp Boss, Accommodation Supervisor or similar role.
• Direct experience working in UAE labor camps.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor accommodation standards and authority inspection requirements.
• Proven experience supervising accommodation, security or cleaning teams.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
