Car Park Supervisor

About the role

The Car Park Supervisor will manage daily operations of airport parking facilities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and a high level of customer service. You will lead a team of attendants and support 24/7 airport activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support car park attendants, ensuring performance and accountability.
• Manage daily parking operations, traffic flow, and equipment functionality.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries and concerns.
• Monitor safety, security, and compliance with airport policies.
• Oversee revenue activities, including payment machine operations and cash handling controls.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of parking equipment and systems.
• Prepare operational reports and support incident management.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure health and safety standards are met.

Required profile

• High School Certificate or Diploma (or equivalent).
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in parking, transportation, hospitality, retail, or customer service.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency with operational systems and reporting tools.
