About the role

GTA Cars, a leading premium used‑car dealership in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Car Purchaser to expand its inventory. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring vehicles that meet the showroom’s quality and profitability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Source vehicles across the UAE through outbound calls, online platforms, referrals and personal networks.
• Assess each vehicle’s price, condition, mileage, service history and resale potential.
• Negotiate purchase prices with private sellers and dealers to secure profitable deals.
• Arrange inspections, test drives and compliance checks before finalising purchases.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align stock with market demand.
• Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and negotiations.
• Consistently achieve monthly targets for volume, margin and stock quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive purchasing or sales; UAE experience preferred but international experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle makes, models, condition assessment and market values.
• Confident negotiator who knows when to push and when to walk away.
• Detail‑oriented, process‑driven and self‑motivated.
• Ability to build trust quickly, both on the phone and in person.
• Valid UAE driving licence or UK licence with at least 2 years of experience.
