Car Purchaser – Luxury Vehicle Sourcing

About the role

GTA Cars, a leading premium car dealership in Dubai, is seeking a Car Purchaser to expand its luxury and performance vehicle inventory. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, sourcing high‑value cars and ensuring the showroom meets customer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Source vehicles from the UAE market via outbound calls, online platforms, referrals and industry contacts.
• Evaluate each vehicle’s price, condition, mileage, service history and market demand.
• Negotiate purchase prices directly with sellers and dealers to secure profitable deals.
• Coordinate inspections, test drives and basic compliance checks before purchase.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align stock with showroom and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sourcing activity, negotiations and purchases.
• Achieve monthly purchasing targets for volume, margin and quality.

Required profile

• Currently based in Dubai and available to start immediately.
• Strong understanding of UAE vehicle pricing and market demand.
• Detail‑oriented, process‑driven with excellent evaluation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a target‑driven environment.
• Effective communicator who can quickly build trust with sellers.

Required skills

• Experience in the automotive industry in the UAE (vehicle purchasing or sales).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle makes, models and market values.
• Proven ability in outbound communication for vehicle sourcing and procurement.
• Valid UAE driving licence (or UK licence with at least 2 years validity).
