Carbon Management Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, analytical professional to lead our carbon reduction initiatives, greenhouse‑gas reporting and decarbonisation strategy. The role will shape practical solutions that align with our environmental goals and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement carbon management strategies, policies and action plans aligned with sustainability objectives.
• Maintain greenhouse‑gas inventories for Scope 1, Scope 2 and relevant Scope 3 emissions.
• Conduct carbon‑footprint assessments, identify reduction opportunities and track performance against targets.
• Lead decarbonisation road‑maps, set carbon‑reduction targets and monitor key performance indicators.
• Ensure reporting complies with GHG Protocol, ISO 14064 and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, finance and facilities to embed carbon management into business processes.
• Coordinate carbon audits, data verification and external assurance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, Climate Science or related field.
• Strong understanding of greenhouse‑gas accounting, carbon‑footprint assessments and emissions‑reduction strategies.
• Excellent analytical, project‑management and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for climate action and continuous improvement.
