Card Product Lead

About the role

Bybit is looking for a Card Product Lead to own the vision, strategy and roadmap of the Bybit Card. You will shape a scalable payment experience that bridges traditional finance with cryptocurrency, driving user acquisition, activation and retention across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global product vision, aligning it with company growth objectives.
• Design, build and optimise core card flows – onboarding, KYC, card issuance, wallet linking and transaction experiences.
• Lead go‑to‑market execution for new market launches, including localisation and compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, marketing and operations to deliver features on time.
• Manage a cross‑functional team of up to five members, setting priorities and measuring impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of product management experience, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Proven ability to lead small product teams and drive cross‑functional projects.
• Strong understanding of card network rules and payment processor integrations.
