Cards Product Manager (Dubai)

About the role

Our client, a global cards and payments firm collaborating with a leading e‑commerce player in the UAE, is looking for a Cards Product Manager to design, launch and drive post‑launch growth of a co‑branded credit card in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies for new credit‑card offerings, including feature design and pricing.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations teams to launch and promote the co‑branded card.
• Monitor portfolio performance, analyse profitability, utilization and customer satisfaction, and adjust pricing, fees and rewards.
• Identify growth opportunities, forge new partnerships and implement campaigns to increase market share and card usage.
• Manage credit, fraud and regulatory risk, implementing mitigation controls.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, SME clients, partners and regulators.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in cards product management with a proven record of business growth.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
