Career Coach / Job Search Consultant

About the role

RiseSmart is seeking an experienced Career Coach to support laid‑off professionals in the United Arab Emirates. You will guide clients through every stage of their job search, using video, phone and email to deliver personalized coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one coaching on job search strategy, mock interviews, interview preparation, offer evaluation and salary negotiation.
• Liaise with internal service providers such as resume writers, job‑lead specialists and technical support.
• Deliver guidance on networking best practices and any additional client‑requested support.
• Maintain detailed client notes and manage the coach dashboard efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience coaching professionals through a job search.
• Diverse professional background, preferably with corporate and technical recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly desired.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Excellent written and oral communication, strong empathy and the ability to motivate clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows 8/10 operating systems.
• Proficiency with Mac OS Yosemite or later.
• Experience using Chrome and Firefox browsers.
