Cluster People & Culture Manager

About the role

The Cluster People & Culture Manager will lead HR strategy and operations across the hotel cluster, fostering a high‑morale work environment and driving employee development in line with the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and forecasting the hotel manpower budget in coordination with the General Manager and department heads.
• Develop and implement the annual HR strategic plan, linking departmental objectives to overall business strategy.
• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance appraisal, and employee satisfaction initiatives.
• Implement training, learning & development programs, career progression pathways, and reward & recognition schemes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour legislation and corporate governance requirements.
• Support operational departments on people development, manpower planning, and cultural transformation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international companies with proven HR achievements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English.
• Results‑driven with solid people management and development capabilities.
