Careers & Alumni Relations Officer (KSA Nationals)

About the role

The Careers & Alumni Relations Officer will support the University of Manchester – Dubai in delivering career, alumni, employer and community engagement programmes across the student lifecycle. The role involves coordinating events, managing communications, handling data and providing direct support to students, alumni and industry partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate student engagement and career services activities such as workshops, coaching clinics, webinars, networking sessions and live project support.
• Manage alumni programmes including Buddy, MentorMe, networking events and maintain alumni contact records.
• Maintain employer and industry partner databases, organise employer visits, guest lectures and talent pipeline initiatives.
• Plan and deliver community and volunteering events, handling registrations, attendance tracking and impact reporting.
• Ensure accurate data capture and reporting in Educore and other institutional systems, preparing regular participation and engagement reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in higher education, student services, careers services, alumni relations, employer engagement or events management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM or database management systems, including Educore.
