Cargo Service Executive

About the role

Apt Resources is looking for a motivated Cargo Service Executive to support air cargo customer service operations in the UAE. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing shipment information, and coordinating with internal and airline teams.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound customer service calls related to air cargo operations.
• Provide accurate details on shipment status, bookings, schedules, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with operations, airline partners, and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain precise records of all customer interactions in internal systems.
• Follow operational procedures and service standards.
• Support shift‑based operational requirements as needed.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call centre, or logistics environments.
• Experience in air cargo, airline, freight forwarding, or related aviation sectors is preferred.
• Currently based in the UAE.
