Cash Centre Officer

About the role

Velora Aviation is hiring a full-time Cash Centre Officer in Abu Dhabi. The role covers the day-to-day handling of cash, from counting and balancing to reconciliation, packaging and dispatch, ensuring accurate, secure and timely processing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash processing, including counting, balancing, reconciliation, authentication, packaging and dispatch.
• Ensure cash is processed accurately, securely and within agreed service levels.
• Support vault operations, cash inventory verification, dual-control procedures and access management.
• Coordinate ATM cash preparation, cassette loading, balancing, reconciliation and inventory planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security controls and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate discrepancies and support audits, loss-prevention activities and risk management.
• Handle operational queries and contribute to service reviews, process improvements and new technology implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Logistics, Security Management or a related field.
• Professional certification in cash management, banking, security or operations is an advantage.
• Minimum five years of experience in cash centres, vault operations, banking operations, cash processing or cash management.
• Previous experience managing cash-handling or cash-processing operations.
• Experience with banks, financial institutions, exchange houses or secure logistics companies is preferred.
