Cashier - Dubai Mall Fashion Boutique

About the role

This fashion boutique in Dubai Mall is looking for a Cashier who reports to the Cashier Manager. You will receive payments in line with company procedures while guaranteeing secure transactions, and create a unique experience for each client throughout the cashiering process.

Key responsibilities

• Operate all cashiering tasks on the internal transaction systems
• Apply the brand's internal regulations and cashiering procedures
• Manage the client information file by entering data according to account creation and editing procedures
• Keep client accounts properly managed, including reconciling accounts and transactions
• Support clients regularly and connect with other departments to help the team succeed

Required profile

• Successful experience as a Cashier in retail, preferably in a luxury environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with different departments and teams

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Computer proficiency
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and strong follow-up skills
