Cashier – Gaming Café

About the role

At K‑Pool Gaming Café in Ajman we combine pool tables, video games and a lively food and drinks menu. We are seeking a friendly, reliable Cashier who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fun, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Accurately process orders and enter items into the point‑of‑sale system.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card payments and provide correct change while maintaining a balanced register.
• Answer customer inquiries about the menu, promotions and services, offering helpful recommendations.
• Promote café specials, new items and loyalty programmes to increase sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with kitchen and gaming staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with inventory tracking for cashier‑related supplies.

Required profile

• Own transferable visa.
• Previous experience in cashier, customer service or retail preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Attention to detail in cash handling and order processing.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
