Cashier, Receptionist & Admission Assistant – School Front Office

About the role

City American School is seeking three front‑office professionals to join its administrative team in Dubai. The positions – Cashier, Receptionist (Arab nationality) and Admission Assistant – support daily financial, visitor and admissions operations within a fast‑paced educational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Cashier: collect school fees, issue receipts, process cash and online transactions, and provide basic accounting assistance.
• Receptionist: manage the front desk, greet visitors, answer calls and messages, and coordinate with internal departments.
• Admission Assistant: handle enquiries, process applications, and communicate admission information to parents in Arabic and English.

Required profile

• Cashier: minimum 2 years experience in a school or education setting, degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, strong English.
• Receptionist: Arab nationality, at least 1 year front‑desk experience, fluent Arabic and good English.
• Admission Assistant: prior school admissions experience, fluent Arabic, good English communication.
