Category Head - Huawei / xFusion

About the role

An experienced Category Head is sought to lead and grow the enterprise infrastructure business across the Middle East and Africa. The role covers the Huawei and xFusion categories and owns the category's strategy, revenue growth, profitability, vendor relationships and channel development, while leading a high-performing team. The position is based in Dubai, UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for the Huawei and xFusion business.
• Develop and execute annual, quarterly and long-term growth strategies.
• Drive revenue, profitability, market share and business expansion.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with Huawei, xFusion, partners and key customers.
• Work with Sales teams to launch products, drive demand and run go-to-market plans.
• Manage vendor programs, incentives, promotions and business plans.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop growth initiatives.
• Oversee forecasting, inventory management and operational performance.
• Lead, mentor and develop cross-functional teams.

Required profile

• 15+ years of leadership experience in IT distribution, enterprise technology, infrastructure or data center solutions.
• Proven success managing large-scale businesses with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong commercial, sales and business development background.
• Experience with major technology vendors such as Huawei, xFusion, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to execute growth strategies and drive business transformation.

What we offer

• Salary of USD 8,000 to 9,000 per month plus performance bonus and benefits.
• Full-time, permanent position.
