CCM Pulpit Operator – Steel Plant

About the role

The CCM Pulpit Operator is responsible for overseeing and maintaining control room operations at a steel making plant in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures smooth running of the ladle furnace and compliance with production requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust process parameters at the CCM pulpit workstation according to process sheets and supervisor instructions.
• Ensure the availability of machinery, consumables, and tools required for uninterrupted ladle furnace operation.
• Execute duties assigned by the supervisor to meet production targets.
• Identify and report any abnormalities observed during operation and seek guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of operational data and equipment status.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a control room pulpit operator in a steel plant.
• Higher Secondary School or ITI qualification.
• Willingness to work six days per week in an onsite environment.
• Ability to follow detailed process instructions and safety standards.

Required skills

• CCM pulpit operation and control.
• Ladle furnace monitoring and management.
