Change Agent – Healthcare IT Support (Sharjah)

About the role

We are looking for a Change Agent to provide technical services for our Healthcare Information System in Sharjah. The role involves troubleshooting, incident mitigation, and supporting a range of medical and office devices while ensuring high‑quality user support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and resolve reported problems within the Healthcare Information System.
• Mitigate incidents quickly and meet SLA targets for ticket requests.
• Document tickets end‑to‑end and conduct site/device assessments as required.
• Leverage internal and external resources to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Provide end‑user training and support for devices such as Medical Device Interfaces, bedside monitor interfaces, scanners and printers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive office support or call‑center phone support experience.
• At least 2 years of operating‑system support and end‑user device troubleshooting.
• Experience working in a healthcare environment and strong English communication skills.
• Service‑oriented, analytical, able to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with Cerner Millennium or other Health Information Systems.
• Operating‑system support and device troubleshooting.
• Medical Device Interface and bedside monitor interface support.
• Support for scanners and printers.
