Channel Business Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

KEENFINITY is seeking a highly‑skilled Channel Business Manager to grow IQSIGHT’s channel partner ecosystem across the UAE. You will be responsible for driving revenue for the Video Systems Business through distributors, resellers, system integrators and strategic partners while aligning with market opportunities and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet revenue and market‑share targets.
• Recruit, onboard and develop new channel partners in the UAE.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators and strategic alliances.
• Set annual business plans with key partners and monitor execution.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports and business updates.
• Collaborate with marketing on channel campaigns, events and promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management or business development, preferably within technology or telecommunications.
• Proven track record managing distributor and reseller networks in the UAE.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the UAE and occasionally across GCC countries.
