Channel Performance and Evaluation Specialist

About the role

ADIB is hiring a Channel Performance and Evaluation Specialist at its headquarters in Abu Dhabi. The role delivers actionable insights to improve branch throughput, prepares periodic and ad hoc reports, and provides technical support on monitoring, reporting, evaluation and governance matters.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and enter data, monitor it for errors and help build database collection and aggregation tools; create pivot tables, charts and presentations for area, branch and phase-level performance.
• Handle monthly incentive payouts, own incentive data analysis and reporting, set up automated checks, track KPIs such as payout accuracy and processing time, and advise on incentive policy updates.
• Support annual appraisals by providing accurate, timely performance data, maintaining dashboards and recommending new performance indicator frameworks.
• Analyse data using scientific methods, evaluate third-party data needs, protect confidential information, use predictive modelling and describe leads data.
• Support capacity planning by analysing transactional data and helping maintain the Capacity Plan Master Sheet.
• Automate reporting with Python, Alteryx, Power BI or SQL and keep the automated systems reliable.

Required profile

• Strong numerical and analytical ability and a good understanding of financial concepts and ratios.
• Excellent communication skills with fluent English.
• Knowledge of products, policies and objectives, and ability to adapt to system and procedural changes.

Required skills

• Advanced computer and systems expertise, including SQL, Excel, Power BI and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with R, Python and Alteryx is highly desirable.
