Channel Strategy Manager – MEA

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a Channel Strategy Manager for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region to drive execution of its ISG channel programs and initiatives. The role works closely with market leaders, resellers and distributors to translate channel strategy into effective actions that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic ISG channel initiatives with clear governance, milestones and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to align priorities and execution.
• Expand and realign the ISG distribution structure to optimise the One Lenovo model, including coverage of non‑resourced markets.
• Drive channel breadth expansion through new partner onboarding and ecosystem development.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all ISG channel enablement across MEA.
• Design, build and execute channel programs and incentives while ensuring compliance.
• Lead channel engagements, trainings, policy alignment and sales process integration.
• Promote Lenovo platforms such as the Lenovo Bid Portal, Partner Hub and Partner Sphere.

Required profile

• University degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of sales experience in the IT industry, with proven leadership in channel management.
• Strong executive relationships within the MEA reseller and distribution market.
• Experience across commercial channels, including specialist routes such as collaboration, cloud services and infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in growing a business or expanding a market.
• Willingness to travel within MEA and internationally as required.
