About the role
The Channel Team Lead – Hub Delivery will guide a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs) responsible for onboarding and managing local retail partners within Amazon’s Hub Delivery program. This leadership position blends field execution with strategic oversight to ensure activation and performance targets are met while upholding Amazon’s delivery standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ADEs to consistently execute Amazon’s Hub Delivery model.
- Provide hands‑on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management.
- Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence.
- Monitor team KPIs across operations, activation, and delivery quality.
- Identify systemic issues within territories and implement corrective action plans.
- Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality.
- Deliver consolidated field insights to improve program design, partner experience, and scalability.
