Channel Team Lead – Hub Delivery

About the role

The Channel Team Lead – Hub Delivery will oversee and guide a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs) responsible for onboarding and managing local retail partners in Amazon’s Hub Delivery program. This leadership position blends field execution with strategic vision to ensure activation and performance targets are met while upholding Amazon’s high delivery standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ADEs, ensuring consistent execution of Amazon’s Hub Delivery model.
• Provide hands‑on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence.
• Monitor team KPIs across operations, activation, and delivery quality.
• Identify systemic issues within territories and implement corrective action plans.
• Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality.
• Provide consolidated field insights to improve program design, partner experience, and scalability.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Experience in operations management (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
