Chartered Accountant – Financial Management

About the role

Exodus Group, a Dubai‑based service provider for hospitality, cleaning and facilities solutions, is seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead its financial management. The role will work closely with senior management and operations teams in a fast‑paced environment, focusing on financial discipline, cost optimisation and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day financial accounting, general ledger, accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning and financial analysis.
• Monitor profitability, costs, working capital and provide actionable insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, VAT filings and statutory reporting.
• Coordinate external audits and manage the annual audit process.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, financial policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax and statutory compliance.
• Experience coordinating external audits.
• Previous experience in hospitality, facilities management or service‑based businesses in the UAE is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables, financial modelling).
• Proficiency with accounting/ERP software.
• Ability to prepare and review VAT and other tax filings.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
