Chauffeur & Residence Support Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a professional, discreet, and dependable Chauffeur & Residence Support Assistant to serve a senior diplomatic executive in Abu Dhabi. The role combines premium transportation duties with light household and outdoor maintenance support, requiring a high level of confidentiality and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport the principal to meetings, appointments, and personal engagements.
• Plan efficient routes and manage daily transportation schedules.
• Maintain professional driving standards in line with VIP and diplomatic protocols.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements with government and diplomatic offices.
• Schedule vehicle servicing and maintenance with the rental company.
• Provide general household support duties as needed, including basic gardening and outdoor upkeep.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well‑maintained, and ready for use at all times.
• Uphold complete discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a VIP, executive, private, or personal driver.
• Fluent in English and/or French.
• Valid UAE driving licence with an excellent driving record.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAE road networks.
• Professional, trustworthy, punctual, and well‑presented.
• Flexible with working hours and able to obtain security clearance from French and UAE authorities.
