Key responsibilities

• Lead culinary team operations with hands‑on leadership and in‑the‑moment coaching, focusing on outlets and All Day Dining.
• Oversee production and service by managing daily kitchen operations, creating production lists, completing line checks, and expediting service periods.
• Enhance menu offerings by developing and implementing seasonal menus, promotional features, and daily specials.
• Promote cross‑department collaboration, fostering strong relationships between Front of House and Back of House teams.
• Provide administrative support including inventory management, ordering, and scheduling.
• Uphold regulatory standards, maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
