Chef De Partie – Cold Kitchen

About the role

We are looking for a Chef De Partie to lead the Cold Kitchen at InterContinental Hotel Dubai Festival City. The role involves preparing high‑quality cold dishes, supervising kitchen helpers and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct kitchen helpers, cooks and stewards, and communicate any issues to superiors.
• Prepare food, beverages, materials and equipment in advance for service.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work area and follow HACCP and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in daily briefings, training sessions and adhere to health, safety and grooming policies.

Required profile

• Experience in a luxury restaurant or 5‑star hotel environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a large team.
• Commitment to serving food of the highest quality and passion for creating new menus.
