Chef de Partie – French Brasserie

About the role

AccorHotel is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at Couqley, an award‑winning French brasserie in Downtown Dubai. You will lead a specific kitchen section, ensuring food quality, presentation, and smooth service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and operate a designated kitchen section while maintaining efficiency and quality standards.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff within your section.
• Ensure proper food storage, handling, and rotation to keep ingredients fresh and minimise waste.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in line with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other kitchen sections to guarantee seamless service.
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks during busy periods.

Required profile

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience.
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high‑end à la carte restaurant.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of French cooking methods, ingredients and kitchen equipment.
• Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
